The 66th Genoa International Boat Show opens on 1 October and runs to 6 October, with organisers reporting more than 1,000 boats on display, 215 new models and exhibitors from 45 countries. In-water display area is up 4 percent on last year.
Genoa's strength is its breadth: sailing and power, production and custom, equipment and services, across a waterfront site that has been purpose-rebuilt over recent editions. The 215 new models make it the essential working show for buyers comparing the season's launches side by side.
Yacht & Ocean will be reporting from Genoa across the six days, with first looks at the most significant premieres.
