The Mantus M2 is a concave-fluke anchor in the modern generation designed to set quickly and reset on a wind shift. The roll-bar-free profile is shaped to self-launch from a bow roller.
The anchor ships flat: the shank and fluke assemble with a single bolt. Thirteen sizes run from 8 to 175 pounds, covering tenders through expedition yachts.
Construction is hot-dip galvanized carbon steel, with weight concentrated toward the fluke tip for setting. Stainless versions are also offered.
